Hi, Friends & Family!

Please join me in supporting Sparrow's Nest,  a local charity that helps feed families in our community who are dealing with cancer and other serious illnesses. Due to the Corona Virus, they've been unable to hold fundraising events to raise money, and their expenses have increased significantly because they are unable to cook the food they deliver themselves. Essentially, they're burning the candle at both ends, so they need our help now more than ever.

If you could sponsor me during my 5K run, which I'll be doing with my three sons -- Thomas, Lucas, and Nicholas -- I know that my friends at Sparrow's Nest would be grateful for your support. My goal is to raise $1,000, and every little bit helps.
