Participation in our Virtual Superhero 5K is guaranteed to energize your mind and body PLUS your registration fee will feed a local family facing cancer.

After you register, ask your friends and family to sponsor you through a personal fundraising campaign. Then run, walk, skate, bike, hike, waterski, whatever-you-like anytime between the day you register and June 7th! Then share your time and mode of movement on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or other social media to show your support for Sparrow’s Nest!

Every participant receives:

• A printable bib proclaiming who you’re running for
• An exclusive #SuperSparrow Facebook frame for online bragging rights
• A chance to win a $200 American Express gift card

A $200 American Express gift card will be awarded to the registered participant who raises the most money through their personal fundraising campaign. Donations must be received through the participants personal fundraising page created through the Sparrow’s Nest website. A link for creating this personal fundraising campaign will be provided upon successfully registering for the Sparrow’s Nest Virtual Superhero 5K.
